Resort Nalchik

Nalchik is a resort city, the capital and heart of Kabardino-Balkaria. Surrounded by a horseshoe of mountains. Everyone knows that the horseshoe symbolizes happiness, which is why the inhabitants call it the City of Happiness! The list of sights of the city is huge. These are natural objects, and parks, and monuments, and museums. The measured life and cozy, calm atmosphere of the city make guests fall in love with it. Walks along the famous Shogentsukov and Lenin Avenues, from which the stunning landscapes of the Caucasus Mountains are visible, will win the heart of any tourist!

The sightseeing tour of the city includes: climbing Mount Malaya Kizilovka, walking along the Atazhukinsky garden, walking along the Arbat, visiting the monuments located in the city center, visiting the Cathedral Mosque and the Orthodox Church of St. Simeon the Stylite and the Church of Mary Magdalene.

Bezengi Gorge

Bezengi – a picturesque area high in the mountains of Kabardino-Balkaria. The nature here is incredibly beautiful. Six of the eight peaks of the Greater Caucasus Range are located here! It attracts many climbers and hikers. Professional climbers call this place «Small Himalayas» for the similarity of mountains and glaciers. Majestic white peaks gracefully stand among centuries-old glaciers.

The Bezengi Wall is a mountain range 12 kilometers long. The nature here is very diverse. In addition to the mountains, you can admire the picturesque gorges and canyons, mountain rivers and green valleys, mixed herb alpine meadows, hazels, berries and rich wildlife — all this will give a lot of vivid impressions to all tourists without exception.

Kanzhol Plateau and Tyzyl Gorge

This is the highest plateau in Kabardino-Balkaria, located almost 3000 meters above sea level. Picturesque rocks with columns, peaks of the Caucasus Mountains, breathtaking views and paintings. The plateau is located 10 km from Elbrus in a straight line, so it is easy to see the two-headed giant from here.

Chegem Canyon — till waterfall Abay-su

Chegem Gorge, a very interesting and beautiful place! The gorge gained great popularity due to its magnificent waterfalls, picturesque narrow gorges, in which the mountains are so close to each other that cars can hardly pass. And all this beauty will open literally in 30-40 minutes after leaving Nalchik. Here tourists are waited for all the most interesting!

The Chegem Gorge is a varied and amazing place in a palette of positive emotions, here you can experience all the most interesting moments of the off-road route. You can get acquainted with the traditions of the locals, plunge into the atmosphere of the Middle Ages, listen to the silence, admire the gorgeous landscapes and tickle your nerves with a paragliding flight.

We will make stops in the brightest and most amazing places of the Chegem Gorge: we will visit the Chegem waterfalls, drive to the village of El-Tubyu, look at the Chegem Paragliding and admire waterfall Abay-su. This will give you the most complete and comprehensive impressions of the gorge.
